PUBLIC NOTICE The ORWIGSBURG BOROUGH ZONING HEARING BOARD will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at 6:00 PM (prevailing local time) at the Orwigsburg Borough Hall, North Warren Street, Orwigsburg, PA 17961.  The purpose of the hearing is to consider the following: Orwigsburg CSG 1 LLC – Special Exception Hearing – Case No. 168 Applicant, with respect to a proposed Principal Solar Energy System (PSES) to be located on West Market Street, is requesting a special exception pursuant to the Orwigsburg Zoning Ordinance, Section 6.22.1 in an R-1 Low Density residential district.
